Understanding the Styles:

Over The Collar

This bandana style is worn by slipping the pet’s collar through the opening at the top. This style cannot be tied around your pet’s neck and because it is on the collar, it will not fall off.

Straight Tie-On/Snap On

This bandana is the “traditional” style design. You can either tie it on or snap it with the closure. If you want to tie it, we recommend going up in size to make sure there's enough material. If your pup is between sizes, you can request an extra snap added to ensure it will not be too loose.

Curved Snap On

Similar to the Straight Tie-On/Snap On, this style must loosely fit on your pet’s neck and snaps with a closure. It is also curved at the neckline giving it a more modern and fitted look. It will not feel as bulky with the excess fabric that the Straight Tie-On has. We recommend only snapping this style and not tying it as the curved shape makes it shorter in length.

**DIFFERENCES BETWEEN STRAIGHT AND CURVED SNAP BANDANAS**

The Straight Snap On Style runs larger than the Curved Snap On and will also be longer in length vertically. If you have a fluffy pup, we recommend you choosing the Straight Snap On style so that it will show better. 

Please note that the measurements are different between the two as well, so make sure you read the sizing chart correctly!

Please also check your order to make sure the shipping address is correct. If the address is incorrect, we are not liable for incomplete/inaccurate addresses as stated on order. Check with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered to the wrong address and check any surrounding porch/delivery area. We unfortunately do not have any more information than what is stated on the tracking number.
